How to cancel your
subscription or claim a refund
1. Open the phone settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions,
and tap Subscriptions.)
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Don't see the subscription that you're looking for?
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription
is already canceled and won't renew.
If it’s less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase, you can request a refund. This does not apply to annual subscriptions with 3-day trial period.

Find a Playsit subscription and fill out the form.
Tap your subscription in the app's settings.
You will be redirected to your Google Play subscriptions.
Find Playsit subscription and cancel it.

1. On your device, go to https://play.google.com/store/account
2. Click Order History. 3. Find the order you want to return.
4. Select Request
a refund or Report a problem and choose the option that describes your situation.
5. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
6. You'll get a message that says "Thank you for sharing your concerns."
You'll then get an email with your refund decision. You’ll usually get this within 15 minutes but it can take up to 4 business days.
